Features
- Great permeability ensures water is uniformly distributes along the length of the wetted pad, contributing to higher cooling efficiency (over 85%).
- Containing no surface active agent, the cooling pad absorbs water quickly, with a high rate of diffusion. Generally, a drop of water can be totally diffused within 4-5 seconds.
- The water absorption rate of this product can be 60-70mm/5min or 200mm/1.5hour.
- The ripple paper which has undergone special treatment features high structural strength, corrosion resistance and long life.
- Ripple paper comes with three specifications (50/90, 60/90, 70/90)for customers to choose from. It can also be customized upon request.

- As they are clean, non-toxic, non-smelly and eco friendly, Aonuodi cooling pads are ideal products for humidification, temperature reduction and air purification applications.
The evaporative cooling pad: consists of specially impregnated and corrugated cellulose paper sheets with different flute angles, one steep (60 deg) and one flat (30 deg) that have been bonded together. This unique design yields a cooling pad with a high evaporation efficiency while still operating with a very low pressure drop. In addition scaling is kept to a minimum and no water carryover occurs due to the fact that the water is directed to the air inlet side of the pad. This is where most of the ration takes place. | |
The distribution pad: constitutes a vital part of a complete system and should always be ordered in combination with MH evaporative cooling pads. Placed on top of the cooling pad it ensures a uniform supply of the water to the cooling pad and minish the risk of dry spots. | |
One side black coating treatmeant: 2)Blacking coating cooling pad is nonporous and quick drying. It prevents algae and minerals from anchoring themselves into the substrate of the pad, so they fall off when dried. 3)it also protects the cooling pads from the damaging effects of severe weather and long term exposure to UV light. The black/green protective edge coating extends the life of the pad over that of non-treated pads. | |
