5. Can you accept sample orders?
Yes, we support sample orders. (Spot samples are provided free of charge, customized products can also provide free proofing or exemption from mold fees and other services according to the number of products ordered by customers)
6. Customer protection because customers have to pay in advance? What if the product shipped by the manufacturer is wrong or poorly made?
